L'I.R.C.E. AU CENTRE DE L'ECOSYSTEME EUROPEEN NUMERIQUE ET CYBER SECURITE
Depuis deux ans, l'I.R.C.E relaie les événements nationaux et européens sur les aspects numérique et cyber, dont organisés par l'Agence numérique et cybersécurité de l'UE (ENISA) chargée notamment de la certification et de l'approche industrielle, et bien entendu y participe.
Notre objectif est d'une part d'oeuvrer sur la politique numérique et cyber européenne et d'autre part d'identifier et d'échanger avec l'écosystème français et européen pour valoriser les savoirs, savoir faire et savoir être en interdépendance interne et externe au profit des nations, des territoires, des entreprises et des particuliers.

Vous trouverez également certaines de nos recommandations sur l'approche industrielle et notamment le positionnement de l'agence qui cherche, voire qui doit peut-être créer son référentiel avec un certain besoin de ressources, notamment exportable en dehors de l'UE, comme d'autres agences cherchent à le faire (voir diner I.R.C.E. EASA) mais avec la nécessaire prise en compte des référentiels existants pour s'assurer une dynamique collective. Le label développé entre l'ANSSI française et le BSI allemand, qui n'engage par contre par les parties à certifier de la même façon, peut-être une piste.
Mais cette prise de considération nécessite également une dynamique collective de la part des acteurs. L'approche souvent franco-francaise de l'Europe, qui doit ensuite se raccorder au train européen, doit évoluer pour mieux se valoriser. Nous rappelons que les entreprises française se doivent d' être présentes comme participantes ou intervenantes (en plus des modèles étasuniens ou indiens ou autres) pour mettre en lumière les travaux hexagonaux dans ces réunions de l'ENISA en plus ou sous le couvert de l'ANSSI mais sans compter uniquement sur l'ANSSI si tant est qu'elle soit présente elle-même.

Dear ENISA Industry community members,
This is to inform you that ECSO is organising the 3rd edition of their event to support Cyber Security Scaleups and SMEs. The event this time is organised in cooperation with the European stakeholder EIT-Digital, on the 13 and 14 September, 2018 in Milan.
Last 2017 and 2018 editions of ECSO Startups Event in Tallinn and Paris (during the European Industry Week) successfully gathered +50 European startups and 20 international investors with several deals closed.
This time in Milan, ECSO facilitates the meeting between the most influential Integrators & End-users with 25 innovative and promising cyber security scaleups looking for market opportunities.
* First, 25 scaleups will be selected by ECSO and EIT-Digital on the basis of the most innovative solutions they attempt to introduce to the integrators and end-users. Additionally, the 25 selected scaleups will receive a special training by EIT Digital dedicated team of experts on the 13th of Sept..
* Scaleups' representatives will have the opportunity to showcase their solutions and in parallel to meet individually integrators and potential customers to pitch their solutions.

Dear ENISA Industry community members,
The European Network and Information Security Agency (ENISA) and the Foundation for Research and Technology - Hellas (FORTH) plan to hold an ENISA FORTH NIS Summer School event this year. In the past, the Summer School on Network and Information Security (NIS) was conducted in four consecutive years, from 2008 to 2011. Due to its success, it is now ready to be brought back to life.
The aim of the event is to bring together policy makers, managers and experts from the industry, as well as members of the research and academic community. Envisaged themes this year include incident handling, IoT security, cyber threat intelligence and post-quantum cryptography, which are practiced in hands-on training sessions. The event offers excellent networking opportunities for the participants.
